Our unique relationships and marketing campaigns help agents by joining them with motivated consumers who need guidance and support. In joining the consumer with the right agent, we help the medical community minimize forced attrition and maintain their patient base. This helps everyone.

We have a culminated 30+ years experience in the Medicare and health insurance space, as well as life, annuity, dental, hospital indemnity and other ancillary product solutions. Our expertise is in teaching and training consumers and agents. We host hundreds of live seminars and web seminars per year and have the backing of some of the largest and most respected insurance organizations in the United States.

CEO | Rodney Culp

Rodney Culp is the President and CEO of Empower Brokerage, a family owned and operated FMO and the parent company to Preferred Senior Advisors. Over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry has given Rodney unique insight into what it takes to be successful. Providing tools, resources, and training are some of the key reasons Empower has grown to be the nation’s leading teaching FMO. A big reason for Rodney’s success is his commitment to strategically surround himself with a quality team of hardworking professionals, who have a similar drive to provide unique value to insurance agents.

President | Derek Richardson

Former Amerilife Executive Vice President, Derek has held influential positions at United Healthcare and Humana in addition to building his own successful agency and practice since the 1980s. Bringing his knowledge and influence to Preferred Senior Advisors is a way for him to foster collaborative strategies for personal growth in an exciting agent opportunity. Derek is excited to show career and captive agents a way to break free and build their own agency with the guidance of his direction and mentorship.

Executive Vice President | James Hendriksen

James started as an agent and quickly rose to an award-winning sales leader. With over 15 years experience James knows exactly how to build a lucrative team and to help his team grow. His latest team commission earnings are over $50 Million and he was formerly a vice president with Health Markets in charge of Texas. James graduated from the University of North Texas.
