This training will focus exclusively on Empowers Alpha Leads, how they are generated, what information is included within the lead, best practices for reaching out to them consistently and effectively, as well as updating LeadServ properly. I will also discuss the requirements to qualify for Alpha Leads, as well as demonstrate how to request to be added to the program on their EBI Agent Portal.
